This offseason I told myself that I’m going to get an advantage by training my body with conditioning and strength. One piece that that I’ve adopted to build strength and has really helped me throw strong is doing 100 Push-ups a day. While I didn’t take anyones advice, I just started doing them (along with 100 Body Squats), this video by Chris Heria on YouTube, has a great breakdown of the benefits and provides some alterations to help get you to 100 pushups.
