About the Assassin

Assassin: Gateway’s stable fairway driver

The Gateway Assassin is a straight flying, slightly understable fairway driver with a lot of glide. Great for straight/stable driver. For average to beginner arms this is a great straight fairways. More powerful arms, can stretch it out for long sweeping hyzers. Available in a variety of plastics.

There seems to be a bit of a discrepancy on the amount of turn on this disc. While all numbers are mostly subjective, many of the disc stamps say -1, while Gateway’s website says -1.5, and even this video says -2. So you be the judge!

Flies like…

How much the Assassin turns and fades depends on how hard it is thrown. These three shapes are drawn from the manufacturer’s numbers, not from measured throws.

Intermediate300-400 ft drive
