The Mint Discs Lasso is a driving putter with a flat top and no bead. Zero turn and two of fade means it will not flip under power and finishes with a real, dependable hook.
That makes it a tee-shot putter and an approach disc for the 250-to-300-foot range. Thrown hard it holds a straight line and fades late; thrown on a hyzer it stays on the hyzer. The flat top suits forehands and the deeper rim gives it more to grip than the Bullet. It is Mint’s first putter made specifically for driving, and it is more stable on a backhand than the numbers suggest.
Do not expect a soft landing. Two of fade at three speed is a putter that skips, and three glide gives it little float for lay-ups.
How much the Lasso turns and fades depends on how hard it is thrown. These three shapes are drawn from the manufacturer’s numbers, not from measured throws.
