This HIAARO 16-Chain target is a foldable, umbrella-frame basket built to standard PDGA height and size regulations — certification 23-47, approved March 2024. At 14.6 pounds it is one of the lighter PDGA-approved portables, and it shrinks to 25 inches for a shoulder-carried storage bag. Sixteen zinc-coated chains, a UV-resistant fabric cage and three ground spikes.
