Stokely Discs is the personal disc line of Scott Stokely, the former backhand and sidearm distance world-record holder and 1994 WFDF World Overall Champion, who has played professionally since 1985. The brand launched publicly in early 2025 after Stokely spent the pandemic years consulting pro-shop owners, and it is built around a rule he states plainly: you cannot buy a first run from his website. First runs go to local shops, limited editions are reserved for retailer events and in-person appearances, and the discs are made in the USA by Stokely and a manufacturing partner rather than by a third-party disc company. Stokely also owns CHING Discs, which shares the same plastics.
Every mold is named for a bird, and the community calls itself the flock. Plastics come in three base blends: Strato, the grippy, flexible baseline; Meso, a translucent premium blend, also offered as a softer Meso Soft; and Thermo, the premium all-weather blend with the most grip.
