The Axiom Crave is a straight fairway driver with more glide than most. Five glide at 6.5 speed means it carries further than its speed suggests, which is much of the appeal.
That makes it a controlled-distance disc rather than a power one. Thrown flat it holds a long straight line with a soft finish, and the single point of turn keeps it from fading out early. It fits wooded gaps and shaped fairway lines, and lower-power players will see most of the flight without a full run-up. The glide works against it in wind — five glide and a point of turn will drift in a crosswind, and there is only one fade to bring it home.
How much the Crave turns and fades depends on how hard it is thrown. These three shapes are drawn from the manufacturer’s numbers, not from measured throws.
