The Legacy Discs Patriot is an understable fairway driver. Two of turn against one of fade means it wants to work right, and there is not much left in it at the end.
That makes it a hyzer-flip and turnover driver. Seven speed with five glide means a moderate arm sees the whole flight, and the turn does the shaping — flip it up off a hyzer and it holds a long, gently right-drifting line before a soft finish.
The single point of fade is the limit. In a headwind the turn takes over and there is nothing to bring it back, and a stronger arm will flip it past the line rather than holding it.
How much the Patriot turns and fades depends on how hard it is thrown. These three shapes are drawn from the manufacturer’s numbers, not from measured throws.
