Strato: Stokely Discs’s baseline plastic

“Combines a good tack and grip with nice flexibility and durability”

Stokely Discs — blog.infinitediscs.com

Strato is Stokely Discs’ baseline plastic: opaque, tacky and flexible, and tougher than most base blends. Three moulds are listed in it, all of them putters and approach discs.

That makes it the putting plastic of the range. A baseline blend grips well and gives a little on impact with the chains, and it beats in faster than premium plastic, so a Strato putter slowly loses stability with use. Disc Golf Around singled out its durability for a base plastic.

It won’t hold its flight as long as the premium blends. For that Stokely has Thermo, and for a clear premium, Meso.
