The Mint Discs Idol is a high-speed distance driver with a little give in it. Thirteen speed with one of turn means it will not stand up on you at full power, but it does move right before the fade takes over.
That makes it a maximum-distance driver for players who can get it up to speed. Thrown flat it drifts slightly right, holds, and finishes with a firm but not sharp 2.5 fade. It carries more turn than the GOAT, which is the point — a bigger arm can throw the Idol flat where the GOAT wanted a slight anhyzer. It is the first Mint disc moulded by Prodigy, released in mid-2025, and it has a flat, wide-rim profile that resists torque.
Thirteen speed is the barrier. Without the arm the Idol never turns and just fades, and it is not the disc for shaping anything short of 350 feet.
How much the Idol turns and fades depends on how hard it is thrown. These three shapes are drawn from the manufacturer’s numbers, not from measured throws.
