The Yikun Shè Gōng is a 13-speed with no turn and two of fade — stable rather than overstable, which is a slightly unusual place for a disc this fast.
Zero turn means it will not flip even on a big throw, so a strong arm gets a long, predictable line rather than an S-curve. Only two of fade means it does not hook hard at the end the way most no-turn distance drivers do. That combination makes it a placement driver for people who already have the arm speed. Underpowered, it is simply a hyzer.
