The Discmania Shogun is an approach disc with a firm finish — two of fade at 2 speed, and no turn.
Four glide is enough to carry a real approach shot without floating past the basket, and the two fade gives a definite left ending. Together that makes it a throwing putter rather than a putting putter: good for approaches that need to hook in, and steady enough to hold a line in wind. Zero turn means it will not flip when you put power on it. If you want a putter that holds dead straight and drops, one less point of fade would serve you better.
How much the Shogun turns and fades depends on how hard it is thrown. These three shapes are drawn from the manufacturer’s numbers, not from measured throws.
