The AGL Maple is a stable mid-range built for touch rather than reach. Glide 2 is the point of it: the disc will not float past the target, which is what you want on a forehand approach, a windy touch shot, or any line where distance control matters more than distance. Speed 4 with two points of fade keeps the finish predictable.
AGL groups the Maple under mid-ranges and approach discs, and retailers are split on which side of that line it falls — some list it as a midrange, some as a putter. It is worth throwing as both. PDGA-approved in September 2025, it is part of the Innova-made generation of AGL moulds.
How much the Maple turns and fades depends on how hard it is thrown. These three shapes are drawn from the manufacturer’s numbers, not from measured throws.
