The Axiom Balance is a torque-resistant, straight-to-overstable midrange and the third release in the Simon Line, curated by Simon Lizotte. With flight numbers of 5 | 5 | 0 | 2, the Balance is designed to hold its line with power and finish with a dependable fade. It fits neatly between the MVP Reactor and the Axiom Pyro, offering high-level control without sacrificing distance.
This beadless midrange features a comfortable rim shape with a moderate 1.3 cm depth and a 21.4 cm diameter, making it ideal for both power grips and finesse throws. Simon tested three prototype versions before choosing the final production mold (Prototype 2), which was PDGA approved on February 3, 2025. The other versions varied slightly in shape and rim feel, but the selected mold offers the most consistent performance and comfortable feel.
