About the Streak

Streak: Climo’s stable fairway driver

The Climo Streak is a straight speed-7 fairway driver, the first driver in the Climo lineup and the mold Climo markets as “straight, reliable and repeatable.”

With zero turn and 1 fade the Streak does very little on its own: released flat it flies straight and ends with a small, late fade. Glide of 5 gives it reasonable carry for a 7-speed. An average arm gets a straight 300-foot fairway shot; a 400-foot arm will see it hold a hyzer without flipping and may turn it over slightly on a hard flat throw. For newer players it is a forgiving driver because nothing about the flight is exaggerated. It is stable enough for a moderate crosswind but not a headwind disc.

It slots in as the straight fairway driver, the tunnel-shot disc between the midranges and the Osprey. Its limit is the fade: 1 is not enough for a shot that has to finish hard left, and it is not built to fight wind.

The name commemorates Ken Climo’s nine consecutive PDGA World Championships from 1990 to 1998. The Streak debuted at the 2025 PDGA Masters Worlds in Minnesota and was PDGA approved June 23, 2025. It is beadless.

Ships in Major, Victory and Signature Line. Climo chose it for the brand’s Year One anniversary release in January 2026, a sparkle Victory Line run, and for its first 5x glow Victory edition.

Flies like…

How much the Streak turns and fades depends on how hard it is thrown. These three shapes are drawn from the manufacturer’s numbers, not from measured throws.
