The Discraft Scorch is a friendly, reliable distance driver that you can count on to come back. It has lightning-quick acceleration and enough stability for big arm throws. The First Run version of the Discraft Scorch features extra glidey plastic with some understability which makes it perfect for beginners looking for ultra long straight shots or gradual turnover shots. Use this disc when you want maximum distance from your throw without that strong fade at the end of the flight.
How much the Scorch turns and fades depends on how hard it is thrown. These three shapes are drawn from the manufacturer’s numbers, not from measured throws.
Measured by the PDGA when the Scorch was certified. Each card names discs that share the number, so you can feel it in the hand.
