The Discraft Buzzz SS is the understable version of the straightest midrange in the sport. Two of turn against one of fade means it does what the standard Buzzz does, then keeps drifting right instead of finishing.
That makes it a turnover mid and a hyzer-flip disc. Five speed and four glide mean any arm sees the whole flight, and the extra turn is what lets it hold a long right-hand bend that a regular Buzzz would straighten out of.
The trade is wind and power. One of fade cannot answer two of turn, so a headwind or a hard flat release turns the shape into a flip that does not come back.
How much the Buzzz SS turns and fades depends on how hard it is thrown. These three shapes are drawn from the manufacturer’s numbers, not from measured throws.
