The Discraft Xpress is an understable fairway driver. Three of turn against one of fade means it barely fights back — thrown flat it stands up and keeps going right.
That makes it an anhyzer and hyzer-flip driver. Five glide carries the turn a long way, and 8 speed means a moderate arm gets the full flight, which is where the distance comes from. Given a steep enough angle it will lie down into a roller.
Three of turn is three of turn. Into wind, or out of a strong arm, it flips over and does not come back. If you want a Discraft fairway driver that finishes left, this is the wrong end of the range.
How much the Xpress turns and fades depends on how hard it is thrown. These three shapes are drawn from the manufacturer’s numbers, not from measured throws.
Measured by the PDGA when the Xpress was certified. Each card names discs that share the number, so you can feel it in the hand.
