About the Method

Method: Discmania’s overstable mid-range driver

The Discmania Method is a dependable midrange with torque resistance and a strong finishing fade. With a balanced blend of glide and overstability, the Method is a workhorse in the bag—capable of handling power forehands, straight shots into a headwind, or touchy flex lines that finish reliably.

Its slightly taller profile and comfortable 1.4cm rim depth offer a confident grip, especially for players who prefer mids with a bit more hand feel. Whether you’re carving technical fairways or leaning on it for approach shots that need control and consistency, the Method is ready to deliver.

Certified by the PDGA on May 1, 2019, the Method sports a 21.7cm diameter and max weight of 180.1g—ideal for players who want a midrange that feels substantial but not bulky. It’s a trusted choice for both developing arms and advanced players who need a reliable mid that holds up under pressure.

How much the Method turns and fades depends on how hard it is thrown. These three shapes are drawn from the manufacturer’s numbers, not from measured throws.
