The Infinite Discs Inca is an overstable, beaded midrange rated 5/5/0/3 — built to resist torque now and to season into a straighter disc over time.
Three fade on a midrange means a firm, reliable finish, and zero turn means a strong arm won’t roll it over. Infinite calls it torque resistant and “designed to handle power.” Reviewer averages from 31 reviews come in at 5/4.8/-0.1/2.5 — less fade than rated, which fits a disc Infinite expects to break in. Slower arms will find it fades early; it pays off for players who can put speed on a mid, and for wind and forehand approaches at any level.
Infinite is unusually direct about the design goal: “It’s overstable now, but throw it for a season or two and it will be the straightest flying, most dependable midrange you’ve ever thrown. This midrange was made to cycle.” It’s the overstable counterpart to Infinite’s neutral Chariot, and on paper it’s close to the Innova Roc3 (5/4/0/3). Out of the box, it won’t fly a straight or turnover line.
The name belongs to Infinite’s group for the civilizations of the Americas. Infinite describes the Inca as “famed for their extensive road network, advanced agricultural terracing, and skillful stonework in constructions like Machu Picchu.”
Infinite added the Inca at the request of its sponsored pro Drew Gibson. PDGA approved in May 2020. Listed in I-Blend and S-Blend (including swirly, halo and dyed), glow P-Blend and metal-flake glow C-Blend.
