About the Aero

Aero: Innova’s stable putt & approach

The Innova Aero is a classic, re-released in 2024 as part of the 40th Anniversary Halo Star Aero limited edition. Known for its reliable straight flight, the Aero has been a trusted putter for decades, making it a fantastic choice for beginners and players seeking accuracy. Originally approved by the PDGA in 1983, the Aero has maintained its place in the lineup as one of the straightest, point-to-point discs available.

With a flight rating of 3 / 6 / 0 / 0, the Aero excels at straight shots, making it the perfect all-around disc, especially for those just starting out. Its incredible glide ensures it stays in the air, while its neutral flight makes it easy to keep on the fairway. The Aero’s large diameter (21.7 cm) and comfortable rim width (1.0 cm) further enhance its stability and ease of use.

Available in DX plastic (150-180g), the Aero is great for short to medium turnover shots and is ideal for beginners looking for a dependable, versatile disc. Its long history and re-release as part of the limited edition 40th Anniversary line only add to its legacy as one of the most beloved discs in the sport.

If you’re looking for a disc with exceptional glide, minimal turn, and consistent straight flights, the Innova Aero is a perfect choice.
